You can use this portion guide to estimate how much cake you need for your event. 

All numbers on this guide are approximate and are there to give you an idea of how big you will need your cake.

All of our cakes are covered with a layer of luxury white chocolate ganache before they are iced. 

This is to ensure a super smooth finish with sharp edges.

Our ganache is made using the finest quality, fair-trade Belgian chocolate.

Please note, all of our cakes contain gluten and may contain nuts or traces of nuts.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for eggless or dairy free.
